A maximum of two pets per apartment home allowed. Pets must be indoors and not left unattended on patios/balconies. Use of the grounds or premises by the pet for sanitary purposes is prohibited. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the apartment.
Cats: Cats must be 1 year of age or older and $35.00 per month/per cat.
Dogs: Dogs must be 1 year of age or older and $50.00 per month/per dog. Breed Restrictions apply: Afghan Hound, Akita, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji Hound, Belington Terrier, Burmese, Bloodhound, Boxer, Bulldog, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pointer, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Saluki, Weimaraner and others as deemed necessary. *A breed determination letter from a veterinarian is required
